Life-Size Inspired B1 Droid

This life-sized B1 Droid stands a whopping 6.3ft (1920mm) and weighs in at 10KG, with many of his appendages able to be posed and moved.

We like to think that while this B1 (give him a name! (we suggest Roger)) doesn't have any battle-experience and is fresh off the factory floor, he didn't pass his training tests and is now looking for a new home with an enthusiast that will give him a loving home.

While you see him assembled and free-standing, we have not glued some parts purposely to enable shipping.  The elastic rope you see under his chest piece can be trimmed but is left at-length for the your as his new owner, allowing the entire torso to rotate.

Some assembly will be required by the new owner, however we make this as easy as possible with simply having to slide the pieces on the provided dowel rods, and optionally using 4mm hex keys to tighten him to your desired pose.  While the need hasn't arisen yet, we're happy to provide instructional video or video-call to assist where necessary.  While no glue required, the leg-parts are meant to be glued together as they are the only non-articulated piece, but as you can see he stands just fine without it thanks to the dowels running within his legs.

Made-to-order, with the manufacturing process taking 2-4 weeks depending on seasonal business demands.  Due to the nature of these life-size projects, orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once production begins.  You'll receive regular updates from us with your new droids progress.

Important Care Information

Keep under 60°C and out of direct sunlight - prolonged exposure to high temperatures can cause deformations, sagging, or become brittle over time.  Colour is as-pictured, but may vary on your monitor settings, and the the lighting conditions where you place the droid.  We have included a photo taken in different lighting for reference.

This item is not a toy and is intended for decorative purposes only, therefore no warranty is expressed or implied as every consumers environment and intended application are different and beyond our control.  We can however supply replacement parts upon request.

While all due-diligence and mitigations are put in place, due to the manufacturing process we cannot guarantee an absolute flawless production.  The 3D Mill keep at the forefront of 3D Printing technology using the most advanced equipment and techniques to provide the best quality possible.  Generally any defects are not visible at standard viewing distance with the exception of some joins of larger parts that have been split into multiple.  If you would prefer joins not to be visible, this requires extensive filling, sanding, priming, and painting.  Please contact us with your requirements and we will happily quote up your droids custom requirements.

While pricing includes digital license of the FDM manufacturing files, we may only sell the physical droid and are unable to sell the files, as doing so would be a breach of the license.
